By accessing and using DAE IAQ Website You accept the version of the Legal Notice, which is in force at the time of the access. Daikin reserves the right to modify the Legal Notice from time to time at Daikin’s own discretion and without prior announcement. Continued use of the DAE IAQ Website will mean acceptance of the amended Legal Notice. You are responsible for informing Yourself of the Legal Notice in force at the time of access and use of DAE IAQ Website. Reservation of Rights

Daikin reserves the right to perform the following actions at any time without giving notice:

2. Fix or alter all or part of the Content of DAE IAQ Website as well as any applicable policies, terms, or clauses.

Miscellaneous Terms

If any provision of this Legal Notice shall become or be declared unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from this Legal Notice and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  This Legal Notice is the entire agreement between You and Daikin relating to the subject matter herein.

Except where otherwise indicated, in the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is judged null or ineffective, the nullity or ineffectiveness of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses and any clauses not affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness will remain in force.

This legal Notice constitutes the entire agreement between You and Daikin regarding the use of DAE IAQ Website.

The validity and interpretation of this Legal Notice is governed by the Italian law. To the maximum extent permitted by the law in force, You accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Rome.
